Lien Doan Hoa Binh Girl Scout leaders believe and set these goals for our Girl Scouts.

– Be a team player.
– Embody confidence to be tomorrow’s leaders.
– Possess skill sets to help self and others.
– Go on adventures.
The girls are involved in community outreach throughout the year like visiting senior homes and animal shelters and helping with community events. Team building allows the girls to become important team players, a much needed skill for everyone. Next, many leadership roles help foster the girls confidence to be strong public speakers. Important skill sets are learned in the weekly meeting to help oneself and others. Lastly, going on adventures like outdoor camping outings are many of the aspects of scouting.
